Polyurea Waterproofing Spray Coat
FCS Concrete Repairs have carried out Polyurethane Membrane Waterproofing Coating System to stop water leaks into a building's basement carpark.
The Polyurea Coating Specification used in this particular project was a Class 3 Waterproofing Membrane System with an Anti-Slip Topcoat.
Coating System Overview
- Concrete Surface Preparation of CSP2 to CSP5
- Apply Low Viscosity, Surface- Tolerant Epoxy to seal concrete prior to coating
- Sandseed to improve adhesion between concrete and polyurea
- Apply Hybrid Polyurea to provide a waterproof, seamless liner
- Apply a Gloss Polyaspartic Colour Topcoat
- Broadcast sand to provide an anti-slip finish
